I am an experienced trainer in Solution Focused Methods.  I help people and services become more confident at working collaboratively with clients, boost staff morale, improve team working and plan future developments more effectively.

I have been training for over 20 years and have trained health and social care professionals, educators, managers and leaders across statutory services, third sector providers and the private sector.

I am responsive and flexible to your needs and can put together a tailor-made course for your requirements.  Whether you want a brief introduction or an in-depth training, I am happy to develop a programme to suit you.

Training the Trainer: Solution Focus

This is a brand new 2-day workshop for people training or supervising others in the use of Solution Focused Methods.  It is based on contemporary Education theory and you will learn how to design your own trainings to meet the particular needs of your clients. Rather than telling you what to do, the workshop gives you the tools to create your own unique products.  This workshop can be adapted for other types of therapy or coaching.
